Accessing SmartView on Windows (Internet Explorer 11)

Once a SmartView certificate has been installed on a Windows device, it can be accessed using Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) at the following URL: https://smartview.cityscape-suite.com.

Note: If a SmartView certificate is accessed and installed through the CityScape Admin application, the Launch SmartView button in the bottom-right of the certificate list can be used to access SmartView.

Once accessed, users can create a desktop shortcut to SmartView, providing easy access to the application. Alternatively, a SmartView bookmark can be added within the IE 11 browser.
