Downloading SmartView Certificates
CityScape Admin allows users to access a list of generated SmartView certificates. This
list displays the name of the certificate, its creation and expiration dates, and also
allows the user to download the certificate. A SmartView certificate can be downloaded
by selecting 
for the desired certificate. For Windows devices, the certificate will be
downloaded to the Downloads folder. For iOS and Android devices, the device settings
will open to allow certificate installation.

Trouble: If the following message is presented, the current user does not have
the proper roles: "You need to contact APX support to view the certificates you
have." Please contact APX for assistance.
