iOS smartphones compatible with SmartCapture include iPhone® 6 or newer. Compatible tablets include iPad® Air 2, iPad Mini 4, or newer iPad models. The mobile device used must have zoom and pan functionality and be touch-enabled. SmartCapture is not currently compatible with Android devices.
In order to be used online, mobile devices running SmartCapture must be able to connect to a wireless broadband network. Ideally, the device should be 3G or LTE-enabled; however, SmartCapture will work on slower networks. Devices should also be provisioned to run on an existing broadband network.
