To Preview a Building Information Plan (Map View)

This procedure details the steps in CityScape Admin for previewing a building information plan from the Map View.
  1. If necessary, navigate to CityScape Admin
  2. Select SmartCapture SmartCapture
    The List View will be presented.
    Note: By default, the List View appears when the SmartCapture tab is selected.
  3. Select Map View
    A map will appear.
  4. From the map, use the Zoom Buttons to zoom in on the map
    Tip: If a map cluster is displayed on the map, it can be selected to zoom in on the map. Desktop users can also scroll on a mouse wheel to zoom in and out, while touch device users can use a pinch/expand gesture to zoom.
    Tip: The search bar, located above the map, can also be used to search for a building information plan. Displayed search results will filter as information is entered. Selecting a search result will pan the map to the selected building.
  5. For the desired building, select the displayed Building Pin
    A label will appear above the pin.
  6. Select View Plan to open a preview
    Note: Turn-by-turn building directions can also be accessed from here by selecting Directions.
A building information plan preview has been successfully accessed from the Map View in CityScape Admin.
