To Generate an Account Activation Link

This procedure details the steps in CityScape Admin for generating an account activation link.
  1. If necessary, navigate to CityScape Admin
  2. Select User Accounts Accounts
  3. Select Create Account
    An account creation window will open.
  4. If necessary, change the drop-down list in the top-right of the window to With Activation
  5. In the Account ID field, enter an Email address or phone number
    Note: The provided Email address or phone number must be unique, and not used by any other user account.
  6. In the Account Name field, enter an account name
  7. Under Roles, check all the Checkbox for the roles to which you want to assign the new account
  8. Select Send
    A confirmation window will appear. The page will refresh, and the account activation link will appear under Pending Activation.
    Tip: To send the account info to an Email address different than the Account ID, select the Checkbox next to Send Link To, then enter the Email address.
An account activation link has been successfully sent in CityScape Admin.
