To Attach An Imported Document to a Document Field

This procedure details the steps in SmartCapture for attaching an imported document to a document field.
  1. If necessary, open the building information plan into which a document has been imported
  2. If necessary, use the menu to navigate to the desired section
  3. Tap Tap to Add Document
    In iOS 10 or older, the Document Gallery will open. In iOS 11, a menu will appear.
  4. If necessary, tap Building Record Document
    In iOS 11, the Document Gallery will open.
  5. Tap the desired document
    The document will be attached to the selected field.
